1. Who we are
LingoTV ("we", "us") is a service that helps adult learners study English through interactive transcripts and AI-generated audio of public-domain or licensed content. Contact: support@lingotv.us.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will never ask you for your password by email. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
4. Content and intellectual property
The transcripts, analyses, and audio assets in LingoTV are produced through licensed content pipelines and AI generation. You may not redistribute audio assets, scrape transcripts, or download paid content for offline use. Free preview content (the first 10 lines of any episode) is provided for evaluation only.
5. Subscription
Paid access is offered at $16.65 per month or $119.88 per year. Stripe is our payment processor. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings; deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel by signing in.
7. Disclaimer
LingoTV is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of errors. Language learning outcomes depend on your effort.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
